  • Utilized a race-equity framework to analyze education, health, criminal justice, and poverty policies that disproportionally impact communities of color. 

  • Disseminated issue briefs, infographics, and policy recommendations to the general public, local officials, community leaders, and advocacy organizations. 

  • Served as liaison to the Texas Legislative Black Caucus, local non-profits, and the community to ensure collaboration across systems in the development of equitable policy solutions. 

  • Created & oversaw preparation of multimedia content published to social media.
